This course will cover the basic skills required for Digital Literacy (such as usage of mouse and keyboard) and employability skills through the development of Emotional Intelligence for non-verbal and verbal communication. It will also focus on the Netiquette or ‘Internet Etiquette’, covering the basic Do’s and Dont’s when going online.
